Competitive Program at Springers Gymnastics
At Springers Gymnastics, our competitive program is designed for athletes who demonstrate a strong work ethic, advanced skill level, and a passion for gymnastics.
We believe in developing not just strong athletes — but confident, disciplined, and resilient young people who thrive both in and out of the gym.
Program Philosophy
Our coaches emphasize:
-
Progressive skill development through safe, technically sound training
-
Goal setting and growth mindset
-
Teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-confidence
-
Balance between gymnastics, school, and family life
We foster an encouraging and structured environment where every gymnast can reach their full potential at their own pace.
Training Commitment
Training hours vary by level and stream. Athletes typically train between 6 and 20 hours per week, depending on their competitive goals and age.
Families will receive a seasonal schedule and meet calendar outlining all practices, competitions, and club events.
Parent Involvement
Parents play a key role in supporting their gymnast’s success.
We encourage open communication with coaches and participation in volunteer opportunities at Springers-hosted meets and events.
Our coaching staff maintains ongoing communication about athlete progress, competition readiness, and seasonal goals.
