Training: 2–3 days per week

The Xcel Stream offers a flexible competitive pathway that allows athletes to showcase their strengths and creativity through personalized routines.
This program is designed for gymnasts who want to continue progressing and competing without the intensity of full provincial training hours.

Xcel gymnasts experience:
